My New Maybelline Stuff
I recently won a stash of Maybelline New York products from the GandaEverSoMuch.com‘s Anniversary Contests Week 6 Best Suggestion Contest.

The third brush in my e. l. f. Professional Make Up Brush Set is the Foundation Brush.
The Foundation Brush is a big brush with synthetic fibers that are bound compactly to the handle. The brush is designed to “achieve an ultra smooth, poreless finish when applying foundation or tinted moisturizer. For best results use upward brush strokes.”

On days when I will be out of the house for long hours, I put on my day make up and highlight my face with the Etude House Face Designing Brightener. It acts as a highlighter brightening areas of the face that I want to be highlighted.
Moratorium is probably a strong word to use, but I have decided that I will no longer buy make up products, tools, and brushes. That is until my cousin arrives from USA and gives me her pasalubong. LOL!
I have been fascinated with make up products and tools and I have spent more than enough time browsing make up stuff online. Not good for productivity actually. And there have been times when I have been badly tempted to buy more stuff.
I won’t anymore until I get to see what my cousin bought for me. Then, I can wisely decided what products and tools I still need. But for now, I’ll just browse and drool.
Ever since I saw in on the Tyra Banks Show (please don’t judge me, thanks), I couldn’t wait to buy and try out ELF Cosmetics. ELF stands for Eyes, Lips, Face. It is make up simplified. And it is very affordable. Fortunately, it is now available in most places in the Philippines, but not in my city.
But when my cousin abroad offered to buy me make up, I requested for ELF since it’s very affordable. I don’t really wear make up much so I don’t invest a lot of money in it.

I have wanted to try out mineral make up for a long time, so the first thing I requested for was the ELF Mineral Foundation (Light) which costs only P399.75 locally. It comes in a handy 12 oz pot.
