Hilary Duff… Stuck in the 1990s?

I saw this cover on Go Fug Yourself…

…and immediately remembered the 1990s when everybody wore bright neon shades of pink, orange, and green.

Sure, Hillary is prettier now, but come on… that outfit is just sooo damn retro and not in a good way!

On the bright side, she has a better face shape (ie she does not look so thin now) and her hair is great. Her body, could be better, but at least she knew better and positioned her arms in a way that didn’t emphasize her uber wide shoulders.

ANYHOO… the outfit eeez not goood.

    you should see hilary duff in the aug2007 shape issue, her body is fab! but you’re right about this cover. maybe she posed like that because she knows that her outfit is hideous. but props for her for smiling as if she’s having fun.
