Etude House Face Designing Brightener

On days when I will be out of the house for long hours, I put on my day make up and highlight my face with the Etude House Face Designing Brightener. It acts as a highlighter brightening areas of the face that I want to be highlighted.

I first saw this pretty highlighter during our Advanced Make Up Workshop with Maybelline Philippines Chief Color Artists Archie Tolentino at the Fashion Institute of Design and Arts. He instructed me to use it on the area under my areas and in other elevated areas of the face that I want to highlight. And I fell in love with the product right away.

On most days, I just highlight the area under my eyes, a triangle that is formed using the points from inner eye corner, outer eye corner, and the outermost point of the nose. Just above the apple of the cheeks. I make sure the highlighter blends with my foundation and the blush on or bronzer that I apply on my cheeks so there are no hard lines. I use an angled brush to apply the highlighter and blend it.

This gives my face a brighter, more glowing look, and even camouflages the concealer that I usually set in the under eye area.

Etude House products are available via YesStyle USA.
