Brown on the Beach

To match my pretty Mahogany Brown Hair, I picked a striped brown cover-up for the island hopping leg of the legendary epic of the Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2010.

But… due to that time of the month, I wasn’t able to wear a tankini or any kind of swimsuit on that day. FAIL! AS IN FAIL! *facepalm*

So I paired it with a demin skirt which I had bought on sale from Guess a year ago. It has cutesy nautical embroidery, so I thought it would match my beach cover-up. And for my footwear, I wore my Dark Brown Havaianas Slim Animal.

I was already sweating from the heat by the time the photo was taken so my hair was already pulled up to a ponytail giving me a fresh, clean look despite being under the heat of the sun for hours.

For my make up, I wore some powder foundation and some blush on, both from the Maybelline Clear Smooth Minerals line. And some shimmery lip color, of course.

It was a nice beach look which kept me cool under the scorching heat of the sun. And I was comfortable enough to move around and assist our guests.
